1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and u16888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the u16888 online gaming platform, its related products, services and content, whether accessed via desktop browser or mobile device from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.2 Currency and Minimums

5.3 Own Funds Requirement

6. Withdrawals

6.2 Processing Timeframes

Malaysian bank transfer withdrawals may require a longer processing window, particularly outside normal banking hours or during public holidays. 6.3 Matching Name Requirement

The name registered on the Player's u16888 account must exactly match the name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet. 8.2 Obvious Errors

u16888 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to system error, data feed malfunction or keying mistake. Where a void is applied, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. No compensation for expected profit will be payable.

9. Prohibited Conduct

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u16888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor errors, game malfunctions during a live session or reliance on information displayed on the platform.

u16888's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the Player's account balance at the time the claim arose. This limitation applies regardless of whether the liability arises in contract, tort, under statute or otherwise.

12. Responsible Gambling

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Closure by the Player

Any remaining eligible Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any applicable security review.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by u16888

u16888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, including in cases of a breach of these Terms, receipt of a legal or regulatory directive, concern regarding fraudulent or criminal activity, or failure to complete KYC within the required period. Bonus Funds and promotion-derived winnings may be forfeited upon closure for cause. Forfeiture of Real Money balances will only occur in cases of confirmed fraud or legal obligation.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable international licensing jurisdiction under which u16888 operates. u16888 does not assert, and Players should not assume, that these Terms are subject to Malaysian law or that the Malaysian gaming authorities have any supervisory role over this platform.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in the first instance be submitted to u16888 customer support for informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
